YOUTH

At Lighthouse Baptist Church we realize that our youth are our future and that Jesus loves them very much. With this in mind and in our hearts, we invest heavily in our young people in time, prayer and money. We want our youth to know how much we love them and appreciate them. There is never a shortage of activities for our youth. But first and foremost is discipleship and training in God’s Word. We have invested the largest part of our manpower in the youth ministries, from Sunday School classes and Jr. Church to bus ministry and church camp. We sacrifice our time and our treasure for them to make sure we are doing everything we can to get them ready for this world’s challenges with a strong foundation in God’s Word. We teach them the Way to heaven and how God expects us to live our lives. We give them the tools from God’s Word to build their lives upon the Rock of Jesus Christ and how to handle life’s spiritual battles as a Bible Believer. Some of the best times we have as a church are at our youth activities. We take them to summer camp, fishing trips, trails, biking events, barbeques and much more. We have a sweet spirit in our youth group and that is a testimony of God’s love shown through God’s people. We are growing all the time, come and see!
